Community price on backpack.tf: 20.55–25 ref, last changed 2026-04-08 (6mo ago). The live quote above, 23.22 ref, is inside the community’s range and last moved 12d ago. They are different measures: the quote is what traders and bots are asking and bidding on the classifieds right now, and it moves for thousands of items every day; the community price is a suggestion accepted by vote, which changes only when someone argues it should. A quote well away from the vote is usually a price that is about to be re-argued. Community prices from backpack.tf, read under an hour ago.
8 sold on the Steam Community Market in the 24 hours to 2026-10-12 03:57 UTC (1d ago), listed there as “Strange Part: Posthumous Kills”. That is a different market from the prices above: Steam takes roughly 15% and pays out in Steam wallet funds rather than cash, so its prices sit above what an item realises elsewhere. Volume is unavailable for unusuals — Steam’s name for one leaves out the effect, so every effect shares a single listing.
